Getting the site up

Well, it's going to be a busy day today - I have a few meetings, and I also have to go over to one of our library's donor's houses to help them get their internet connection working. Luckily, I'm working on Apache proxying for another project, and I can probably piggy-back getting the main apache to proxy correctly with the scoop apache, so we don't have to be going through the dreaded non-standard port (failing this, I'll just dig in and set up the main apache to be scoop's apache). The idea behind the proxy setup is that we can take scoop down, upgrade it's apache, etc., without effecting the other projects on the server. The downside is that whenever we need to take the main apache down, scoop will also be down - but these times should be few and far between. The proxying should actually insure us more uptime on a shared machine.
